How do you replace mirror caps

Can anyone tell me how to remove the plastic cap. Mine is broke but I have an extra one on my original mirrors but I don't know how to get it off

Pry it off. I can not remember which way they go I looked at the new one to see. Even still both of my old ones broke removing them . 1 Could have been reused the other could not.

Is it possible to just buy the mirror caps seperatly? If so, what would the part number be for a driver side mirror cap for a 07 Trailblazer LT?

On the Tahoe and Silverado you can, I am not sure about the others.
