Default How to get ALL doors to auto unlock in park????

Currently, only the driver's door auto unlocks in park. I would like to have all the doors Auto Unlock when shifting into park. Is this possible with a 01 suburban?

Take your time when pressing the lock buttons.....if you push it too fast it may not register....

Programming Features

Automatic Door Locks

Perform the following steps in order to personalize the automatic door locks:
  1. Turn the ignition to the OFF position.
  2. Pull the turn signal/multifunction lever all the way toward you and hold it there.
  3. Turn the ignition to the OFF position and then to the ON position twice.
  4. With the ignition OFF, release the multifunction lever.
  5. The doors lock and then unlock to signal entry into program mode.
  6. Select one of the following options for the automatic door lock (all of the doors lock when the vehicle speed is 15 mph or above for more than 2 seconds) and the automatic door unlock (when the key is removed from the ignition):
<TABLE border=0><TBODY><TR><TD vAlign=top></TD><TD vAlign=top>To disable the automatic door lock feature and the automatic door unlock feature, press any door lock switch twice.</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
<TABLE border=0><TBODY><TR><TD vAlign=top></TD><TD vAlign=top>To enable the automatic door lock feature but disable the automatic door unlock feature, press any door lock switch once and then press any door unlock switch three times.</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
<TABLE border=0><TBODY><TR><TD vAlign=top></TD><TD vAlign=top>To enable the automatic door lock feature and the driver side door unlock option, press any door lock switch once and then press any door unlock switch once.</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

Exit Programming

Either of the following events will cause the programming sequence to be terminated:
<TABLE border=0><TBODY><TR><TD vAlign=top> • </TD><TD vAlign=top>The ignition is turned ON.</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
<TABLE border=0><TBODY><TR><TD vAlign=top> • </TD><TD vAlign=top>10 seconds elapse with no input from the door lock switches.</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

because most auto technology lags about 10-12 years behind the latest tech..
your 01 was on the drawing board in the mid 90s...
