Default How to remove grille!!! Help!!!

I am trying to install the new emblem/bowtie on the front of my 2007 tahoe lt and i have looked and found plenty about how there should be pins or nuts to take off. Well they are there but definitely not easy to take off. So i was wondering how you can take the grille off instead which would make it easier. Again tho, not an easy task and i am stuck and have no clue how to take the grill off.

Someone help!!!!!

Welcome to the forum,
when installing my aux trans cooler I removed the top cover that has the push in fasteners, then the bolts holding the top portion of the front grill on and that gave me enough room to install the cooler so it should give you the room to work at the back of the grill for access...

You just need a 10 mm socket to remove the two speed nuts on the back of the bowtie. There's also a small amount of adhesive on the back of the bowtie. No need to remove grill unless your wrists are too big to hold the wrench.
