Default how to replace hinge pins 1997 Tahoe

How do you change the top pin and bushing on a 1997 Tahoe drivers door. Every thing is powered seats, mirror, windows, and locks. The hinges are welded to the frame, so if it has to be pulled I would be better off taking it to the shop as I do not want to mess with all the wiring. If no please tell me how to do it. As far as I can se there is a small plate the keeps the pin from being knocked out.
