I'm thinking about picking up one of these to increase performance. Anybody have any experience with one or something similar?

I had a Superchips for awhile but finally sold it. It was right when gas was $4/gal and it required premium.

A lot of folks really like the Blackbear performance tune. Google it and check it out. More bang for the buck.

Thanks for the info, I checked it out and $200 for a performance tune seems like a pretty good deal. The Hypertech costs close to $400.

Justin can pretty much tailor your computer to what you want. One thing he can do that the Superchips or Edge or Hypertech is removing some or all of the torque management which is what makes the truck seem doggy off the line.

Can't wait to hear a review. I've been eyeing the Hypertech too but just can't justify $400 for it...

Just got a reply from Justin. Apparently the traditional tune is on sale for $175 thru Jan 2. I will be sending him my info this week.

Just got home from work and found the box from Blackbear had arrived...

Hopefully I can get into my friends garage this weekend and get to work!
