Default Install rear DVD OEM if I didn't have one?

Hey guys, Can I get one of these rear ceiling OEM DVD players from E-bay and install it in my 2001 Tahoe Z71, or in my wifes 2005 Yukon SLT? Both have the rear air/heat. Neither truck has rear entertainment or NAV. Yukon has premium Bose sound system, Z71 has most every other bell and whistle. Where do I start?

Main question: is the wiring harness in the ceiling already or is it going to be a huge job running wires?

I am hoping its nothing more than a plug'n'play. What about it?
