welcome to the chevy forum!!!
you know I installed my navigation system myself when the truck had about 25k mi and then took the truck to the dealer to program it, they even asked me who had installed it, and I told them I did
and when my truck was near the 36k mi I took it to the dealer to fix a few things, the master window actuator was one of them, and they never said anything about warranty being void or anything
so you should be ok

As long as it was done properly and not jury rigged, I would think the warranty would be intact. Probably depends on the dealer to some extent tho.

I would agree with all of the answerers here. It shouldn't void your warranty normally if performed correctly but you should check with your dealership to make sure that the dealership will be willing to work on these parts of the vehicle now that they've been added.
