Unhappy Intermittent crank no start- 99 5.7

Hi all,
We picked up a 1999 Tahoe 5.7 to haul the kids around(have 1 young driver too). The previous owner had a tow service and had several updates put in March of this year.
  • New fuel pump March- new harness added as questionable fix July as issues started
  • New cap and rotor, plug wires in march
  • New battery June
  • New TPS July
  • New ECT sensor Aug
The car runs and idles great, no notable misses or stumbling.

The symptoms are crank no start intermittently- One driver believes its more tied to rain/humidity.
It definitely has the issue more often when the engine has been warmed up (stop to get gas or run in for an errand). We have only had 2 instances of it not starting first try when cold.
If we wait 10 to 20 minutes it almost always starts right back up after the no start situation which makes me think there is some flooding going on?

I have checked the fuel pressure and it goes up to 62 when key on and holds steady at 58lbs when key is off too.
No Check engine light- did get codes below when scanning
P0161 O2 sensor bank 2
P0141 O2 sensor bank 1 sensor 2
P0102 Mass air flowA circuit low
P0452 evap emission pressure sensor low unput

ST Fuel trims range from -4 to +6.
would any of the above suggest no start condition?

I have sprayed water on the distributor cap, wires, coil ect when idling and don't see arching or notice any change in RPMS.

Could this be a ground issue or some other sensor gremlin?
