Default Intermittent dash pod instruments

We have a intermittent issue with the instrument readings on our 2019 Tahoe LT. Every once in a while, the instruments fail to energize when the engine is started. The instrument needles stay in the "ignition off" positions. Additionally, the "service stabitrac" warning light illuminates. Turning off and then restarting the car seems to resolve the issue. This only happens periodically once or twice a year, but I am concerned that the restarting 'fix" may not continue to resolve the issue.
any thoughts on what might be happening?
TIA,
Mr.B
