Default Jumping off another car and killed mine while cables attached.

I was jumping off another car and while the cables were still attached to both vehicles I turned mine off. When I tried to go and restart my vehicle it it wouldn't start. Then I tried jumping my vehicle off and and it wouldn't even click or try to turn over even though the battery said it had enough charge. Any ideas?

Most likely killed the megafuse on the firewall.

Thank you very much for the info. Could this still be the case even though my lights and radio are still working?
