twist and pull...hard to explain but I like using a pry bar to get the wires off, use keep light force up/out on the wire and wedge the bar in, unless they tear I can usually get all 8 off within 5min.....Ive also done a set or 2

that's the thing with irridium plugs, they don't show wear....doesn't mean they should not be changed.

I never recommend anything other than delco plugs for a GM....platinum or iridium is up to you but if its my choice delco iridiums or nothing. I've seen to many aftermarket "super spark plugs" cause misfires and idle issues, not to mention the just all around run better with delcos. Just my opinion

I bought the splitfire plugs back in the day, and did not see any improvement that they claim, lol. I just feel like they were a gimmick just like the E3 plugs. I will only use OEM in all my vehicles.

I will second that opinion... I like to point out that the Corvette uses the exact same plugs that are in the Truck, Tahoe and Suburbans...
