Hi, my mother's '01 suburban's key fobs are not starting the vehicle anymore, while the keyless entry part still works but the remote start does not. Batteries have been replaced with new ones but the problem still persists.

The dealer we bought the vehicle from said they cannot help because it's an aftermarket system. What do I do to fix this?

 

Get with the manufacture or the remote start system.
