Default Leaking water into 01 Chevy Suburban

So I've been trying to find where the rain water is coming in at. I've already had the windshield replaced and double checked the sealant, no issues. When it rains it comes in like it's coming from the top corners of the windshield, but it's sealed good. There's no sun roof, there is however a roof rack. My husband and I are taking the roof rack off cleaning it well and adding sealant just to be on the safe side. I figured I'd ask and see if anyone else has been through this before and what were the outcomes.

Possibly the seals around the doors.

The door seals are good. And so far my suspicion that it was the roof rack, looks like it is the culprit. Some of the bolts are wet and even under the parts of the rack itself.

Please report back after your roof rack repair; interested to see if that's the fix
