Default lifter noise

My tahoe 2001 5.3 makes a light ticking sound when the engine is warm and idling. When I ref the engine above 900 rpm the ticking sound is gone.
The oil pressure is good just at the middle on the gauge when idling and climbing to 3/4 when rev the engine.
When the engine is cold there is no ticking sound.
Is it a lifter or need a valve to be adjust?
Thanks in advance for helping me out
