2004 Chevy Suburban LT

Currently These Functions are Out:

Power Locks
Power Windows
Radio
Rear Climate Control
Oil / Battery / Fuel / Temp gauges not working
PRNDL indicator does not show what gear you are in

The following idiot lights are on
Battery, Airbag and ABS See image below

The story:
This morning went out to start the truck and the battery was near dead. (Power locks did work) Tried a couple times to start unsuccessfully. Jumped it to a battery and when the truck was started the whole dash was dead.

I looked at the fuses ran an errand and in the process somewhere, half of the functionality came back to where I am as listed above.

I've looked at every fuse under the hood and the obvious ones on the interior side panel, for what I can tell, they are all good.

Any ideas? I can still pull every fuse on the interior side panel but it doesn't seem like the issue at this point...

 

Long shot here, this thread is old, but did you ever get it resolved? I am having nearly identical issues with my Suburban. And it happened after a jump start as well.
