Default long term fuel trim assistance

My 2007 Chevy Tahoe 5.3L is misfiring at idle and giving me a p0300 code. it's not a constant misfire but one that is intermittent(example: misfires maybe every 20 to 30 seconds). cylinders 1 and 3 are the two misfiring. i'm attaching a photo of my OBD scanner OBDwiz PID Values screen and need assistance from any one who is good with interpreting the fuel trim data. the long term fuel assistance between bank 1 and bank 2 I would think should be quite similar but mine are not. the bank 1 reading is -2.34 and bank 2 is 3.91 - they have been further apart than this. one measurement is negative and the other is positive. I think this is part of my misfiring issue. anyone have this issue or know why this might be happening?
thanks

Frank
