Default Looking at buying 2004 Suburban

Looking at purchasing a 04' Suburban LT. Has 165,000 miles and all the options. Here is what I know about it:

Tires are good
New shocks
New brakes
New tie rod ends
Owner says diffs, tranny and transfer case were all serviced but no proof
4wd works
all electronics work from what I can tell
Interior looks to be in great shape except the dash is peeling

Are there any little things that I should look for? This is my first Suburban and Chevy I will be purchasing. Thank you for the help in advance.

Is it a one owner? Are there maintenance records? If it was well taken care of, then the high mileage isn't so bad. Regular oil and filter changes go a long way to help an engine last. I sold a 99 Silverado with 175,000 miles and the engine ran just as good as thew day it was new because I did the regular maintenance.
