Default Loss of Power

I am having problems with a 2003 Suburban that raqndomly gives me an error that says "Engine power reduced" and hear several beeps. The RPMs drop to 1000 but never dies.

This may be caused by a loose wiring crimp at the throttle body connector, or a broken throttle body circuit.

Check the wires at the throttle body connector first.
