hi every one i have alike new 1996 2dr Tahoe it has a slight knock in 5.7 got a 1999 subunban should have good running 5.7 the guy i got it from was driving it daily one day he got home shut it off now it will not start turns over fine has no spark he changed dist crank pos sensor wires rotor cap just about every thing you can replace still no spark anyone have a clue what i need to do i was going to through a reg hei oem dist in just to hear it run but been told that will not work

 

If it has a ICM in the distributor, change that if not already done.
Is it getting fuel?
