Have you had a chance to drop your Suburban off to the dealership? If you would like some assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out via private message.

Default Similar issue here

I had a similar issue here recently on my 2008 suburban z71. Was in the middle of a road trip, scared the crap out of me. Kept stopping and checking my oil level and all was good. Rolled the dice and continued to a small town and found a parts store. I replaced the sensor in their parking lot...lol...not fun, but possible. Got about another hour down the road before the warning came back again. Again, rolled the dice and kept going g. Got to my destination and found a small shop. Had them change my oil and change the sensor again just to be on the safe side ($200) Trip home was about 4 hours and the warning never came back. This was about a month ago and no further issues. I'm a little paranoid to try a longer trip again though.

There is a filter under the sensor that can plug also causing pressure reading errors.

Yup, when I changed in the parking lot I changed that too. Had to use a paperclip made into a little pick to get it out.
