Default lug conversion

anyone know anything about lug conversions. i got beautiful 33's on 18's but theyre 8 lug. i got six lug. i wanna do the conversion but i heard its not a good route to go. someone gimme some insight on this cuz i would love for it to be this easy or cheap. are they strong? are they as easy as they say? are there better ones or all the same?

IMO, if you are considering wheel adapters the good ones are made from billet aluminum and can cost as much as new wheels. They would also make the wheels stick out further, I would buy new wheels for your tires.

Plus anything that moves ur wheels further out increases stress in bearings, axles, etc.
