Default Main beam light flashing in instrument panel

My Suburban 2003 has an interesting fault that is defying my diagnostic capabilities. With the car switched off my main beam light flickers. Anyone with an idea on what could cause such a problem. I've had the instrument panel apart and the PCB is clean. I have moved the ground to ensure good contact that I believe this is connected to (above the IP and to the left). Suggestions please. Beside this I have a range of perplexing faults that sometimes are there and sometimes not - such as no ancillary gauges on the instrument panel, sometimes with no drivers information display, sometimes with service 4WD and airbag messages. However the main beam light is the most persistent. Occasionally when the car goes to sleep (minutes after the ignition is switched off) I hear a weird buzz like a relay exercising very quickly. Any thoughts...Ive posted a video called Weird 2003 chevy suburban fault at

Bad multi-function switch, the turn signal switch you use to turn on the high beams (that's the blue headlight indicator) or an instrument panel issue.
