Well Ya see big, up here in Michigan we have more than just an awesome baseball team. We also have The University of Michigan Wolverines. I understand you don't have higher education down in St. Louis, but up here in Michigan we have this thing called college football. Well our University of Michigan Wolverines have a big game next weekend against the criminals from Ohio State. After that game we will be ranked #1 in the nation!!!! Hail to the victors, conquering heroes....... Hail, Hail to Michigan the leaders and the best!!!!

LOL, Missouri was in the top 25, SHORTLY! I guess you also have the Detroit Lions there tooooo,

Jason, what you should worry about is how badly Michigans rank will drop after they lose! Will their 1 lose be the best 1 lose team? I dont know, i just hope the beating isnt to bad! Keep your head up, there are a lot of bowl games out there they will be able to play in even if they are ranked 5-10!

Just to stir the pot, although I've lived in Michigan 21 years and have my MBA from U-M, I grew up in Ohio less then 70 miles from OSU and my wife is originally from Wisconsin. But at least it's all in the Big 10!

We acknowledge the Tigers, Red Wings, Pistons, Wolverines and sometimes even the Spartans. One thing you'll never hear anyone from Michigan say is that the Lions are a good team. As much home town pride as I have, I still wouldn't ever say that. Besides, the Lions play at Ford Field, Do you think a die hard chevy fan would be caught dead in that place???

.... whereabouts did you grow up? I live in Morrow (Kings Island territory) which is about 60 miles south.
