Default Misfire Issues - 2007 Tahoe 5.3

I have a 2007 Tahoe 5.3 that after driving on the highway for 2-3 hours the engine will develop a misfire. The plugs and wires have been changes approx 15k ago. I run Autolite Iridium plugs.

It happens in random cylinders, over a two month period it has shown up in cyl 1, 6,7 and 5 and when the plug is pulled it isn't fouled. I replace the plug and it stops the misfire and runs fine. I am leaning toward the following:

1. Fuel problem - I try to stay away from Ethanol but sometimes that is all that's available. I travel in the midwest.

2. Fuel injector sticking

3. Coil - this is probably the lest of the probable

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Try using the OEM AC Delco spark plugs and see if that doesn't help.

X3 on the plugs. OEM AC Delco. For some reason those fancy plugs don't run long or well in this set up?
