Would someone please take a picture of their fuse box for me?

I recently bought a '97 Burb and almost half of the slots are empty in my fuse box. Heat/Ac controls do not work and I replacing them did not fix the problem, so I am wondering if I am merely missing fuses.

I have a Haynes Manual, but don't know how to read the electrical diagrams.
