Default Mode Door Actuator

is a video of what I’ve got going on with my 2002 Suburban. Now here’s the backstory.

HVAC got stuck on defrost after a battery replacement. I disconnected the battery and tried to get the actuator to recalibrate. No luck. Removed the actuator and opened it up to find a cracked main gear. So I bought a new actuator and installed it. I have since uninstalled and reinstalled this thing more times than I can count and done every type of reset/recalibration method more times than I can count.

I have let the thing sit for as much as thirty minutes to see if it would ever find its range but it just does this forever. Any ideas would be very much appreciated!!!
