Default Which model year Suburbans have the max trailering package

I currently have a 2004 Suburban 2500 with the 6.0 engine. It has over 223,000 miles and has taken our family all over the eastern US. I have kept it maintained well and every two to three years have had some type of preventative maintenance done replacing anything that we think may cause an issue on the road. this has worked well for us but I am currently looking at replacing old faithful. I have a few app searches saved which alert me when a Suburban 2500 are available in their apps.
I have been considering the newer Suburbans as well since we will be replacing our 2006 33 ft trailer with a smaller trailer. We are considering a 26 ft lightweight toy hauler weighing in at less than 5000 pounds dry.
I want to find one with the Max trailering package even though we do not intend on towing the max weight which is a little over 8000 pounds. I like the extra margin to be on the safe side and easier on the truck.
The newest of the new Suburbans 2015 - 2019 offer this package but even the 2015 model years with less than 70,000 miles are still around $36,000 to $41,000.
Did the 2007 through 2014 1500 Suburbans offer the Max Trailering Package? I know Chevy offered the 2500 through model year 2013 so I was wondering if they also had this package for the 1500 models of those same years.

Thanks,
