Default my coolant fan is running all the time

I have a 2009 chevy suburban. I just did a full replacement of the engine. Now my coolant fan won't stop running. I am not getting an error code. I changed sensor and theromostat. It didn't do this before. What else can be done to stop fan from running all the time. The engine is not running hot

welcome ! if you have a clutch type fan like my 99 blazer then it will run all the time ! if you have an electric fan then maybe the fan relay is bad !
