I have had the Tahoe almost a year and I still am not able to add my VIN to MYGMLINK? Any ideas?

There was a post a while back where some had to call customer service and have it added manually.

I had the same problem last year but they sent an e-mail apologizing and then we finally got it done.

I had to fax them a copy of my insurance card as proof of ownership since I bought it from a private party. When I originally registered online, it gave me the fax #. They updated it within a few days.
