You didn't tell us about the window. Did they take anything from inside?

 

Took my brand new digital camera (bastards) but left my ipod my nav my flip down screen and my golf clubs? I guess it could have been alot worse. I have the stock 20's back on there and it just doesnt look the same.

 

Just curious, what insurance company do you have? I tried to insure my wheels through Allstate and all they will pay is $1000 max on wheels.

sorry to hear about your rims getting jacked and your truck being broke into & vandalized. hopefully the cops can find out if the prints lead them to the culprits responsable for this.

 

I have american national insurance. I never even told them that I had bought the rims and had them on there. They are actually really good. I will have my check on Friday and this only happened a week ago.

What does everyone think? It is good timing?? The guys feedback isnt very good?

 

Doesn't look too likely since the listing is in W. Dakota and the wheels look real bad...not like new.

 

The condition is the only thing I questioned as well. However the location means nothing. There are so many ebay scammers selling wheels now. I have noticed several selles lately list wheels in one location, then the next set of wheels under the same ebay user will be 10 states away. I know this because one of the locations they listed a town about an hour from me and I tried to tell them i would pick them up. The next set of wheels the same user was in California, then they were in Texas, etc. Later they were kicked off ebay. Half of the wheel sellers I contact about wheels are not legit, i get a letter from ebay within a day of sending the email that says the seller isnt legit and please change your passwords etc if you contacted this seller.

Another guy said I dont know what the hell this is, I am not selling wheels. Someone has hijacked my account.

A lot of them say money order only, bank wire, etc. Ebay accounts are hacked into everyday to set up fake listings. One guy did this for a long time. He copied the information from everyone elses listings, word for word and then listed the items. He said contact me directly, listed his email address! He said money order only. It was funny, people would bid on them! The guy used the exact same listing for several weeks and was finally caught.

Sorry, enough rambling but I have looked, priced, and contacted sellers about their wheels on ebay for around 2 months and have found about 5 sellers I think I would trust.
