This is poor mans Escalade running boards, 3/4 chrome strip molding applied to the side of the running boards, let me know what you think...Name:  chromestrip1.jpg

I am not a big chrome kind of guy, but I have to say it looks pretty good. You are very creative and I am sure its a hell of alot cheaper than buying the escalade running boards.

Same here.. im not a big fan of chrome either.. i think it would look better w/ out the chrome because you have black rims and it all flows.. hey its your truck, and it still looks good regardless

after look at six7one's truck im wondering if i should pull off the moldings as well..i have the same color and im wondering how it would look..i want to know how many people are for or against the molding..thanks

Bought the chrome strip at Pep-Boys, they cost $15.99 each, you need two for both sides...
