RE: NAV voice command plug
I am not aware of any company making an aftermarket VSS plug now that JP Customs has stopped selling them.
You can make your own easily by ordering the plug GM part # 89047196.
You'll also need one single terminal pin for the plug (which dealerships keep in their service bins) ask them for terminal pin #15359541 located in Bin #4.
You'll then need to attach the wire to the pin and place it in the #5 position on the brown plug and connect the other end to the VSS signal on the lower wiring block above your brake foot.
The total cost of the parts should be less then $4

RE: NAV voice command plug
Thanks ZX for the reply and the part numbers but I have the VSS wire which also has the leads for the camera input. JP still has these plugs. Are the voice command wires located in the same plug? To my understanding there are located in another plug. I came up with another part number which is: 88988722. ZX thanks alot again

RE: NAV voice command plug
88988722 is the Vehicle Communication Interface Connector
Pin #2 is Pink wire for Voice Recognition Audio Signal
Pin #4Pnk/Blk Low Refernce Signal
Pin #5 is a bare Drain wire.
I'll have to look things up to get any more details that you may need, but you can assemble the plugs that you need easily.

RE: NAV voice command plug
Does theVCI pluginsert into the HU or into the onstar module. Also the pins mentioned above for the VSS would theyfit the VCI? I've come up with additional part numbers for pins as well:
15445905 ---I think these go along with the VCI plug 88988722.

RE: NAV voice command plug
15445905 is not a part # for the pins.
The pins I described above will fit the VCIM connecter and most all other similar connectors throughout the vehicle.
The VCIM plug part # that you gave me connects to the Onstar module.
