Can you add a new navigation system like the ones in the 2006-07 Suburbans to a 2003 Suburban?

Would like to replace my OEM xm radio with a new OEM navigation/xm radio.

Can this be done?

Yes you can, but not the GM one, you can get an aftermarket one from Kenwood or others to fit...
