have u not tried an auto wrecker's? 'cause if your fuse panel melted, i'm sure some of the wiring harness has too. if that's the case, then u'll need to gut another truck for the harness.
isn't it great how this $hit always happens in the cold weather, never in the summer, when a tan would b better than getting frost bite?
