Hi,
I'm looking for a used Tahoe on iaai/copart auctions - not a piece of junk but rather hail-damage or a car recovered from theft.
Usually I'm able to get a lot of info from the pics that are posted, but sometimes (especially if it is related to drivetrain or electrical wiring) I need some help in understanding the car's condition.
Could someone, please, help me with the information what are the red wires on the picture below? Are there any electronic modules missing? Is the car driveable? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
On photos of Tahoe LS, sometimes I can see some kind of yellow module sticking out in exactly the same place as these wires. (photo below). Could it be Chevrolet Connected Access module?
...and if the yellow thingie really is what it seems to be, how can I reflash ecu to factory settings, after getting rid of the "chip"? (supposed that I buy one of those Hoes ;-) )
