I bought a new head unit for my Suburban. I already had an aftermarket stereo and it worked great, but when I put the android 10.1" in it I got zero audio. Radio is working fine. Just no sound. Should I cut the wires from the old factory amp. Will that fix my problem?

i have found if the system uses different ohm speakers front to rear....the radio thinks its a fault and will display but not have sound...unplugging one set of speakers allowed it to output sound. I then switched one set of speakers. I did not have an amp so this may be different in your set up.
