Default New flip down monitor

Looking to replace the small flip down screen for a larger aftermarket screen. I took down the existing screen hoping to find RCA cables but no so luck, just the wiring harness that plugs into it. The aftermarket screen has RCA inputs. Any ideas how to make the conversion?

Thanks
Bill

Yes, I got the info from GM Geek on how to tap into the harness and add an RCA to it and hook it up to the Pioneer Z1
