new to forum and need a little help

I use regular gas in the truck.
I cleaned the maf and throttle body today, also added
BG44k and then cleared codes.
Rechecked fuel trims and its 18-25% at idle but now at highway speeds its around 3-6% so I'm now wondering if it could be a vac leak( still thinking fuel issue also)
I guess checking the o2 with a multi meter is in store
Truck failed emissions for high carbon monoxide and I hope its an 02 sensor
