1. Will a 99 tahoe spare tire tool/kit fit 2007
2. Anyone selling roof rails black not chrome
3. Anyone selling a center console ebony

I have a 2007 Tahoe LT 5.3L 4x4
I believe it was a gov vehicle

Have you tried searching on eBay or Craigslist? Quite often you can find what you are looking for at a reasonable price.

I did a quick search on eBay and located a black center console HERE. It might be worth checking it out. Good Luck!
