Default New purchase and introduction

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the forums (and a first time Chev owner) and wanted to introduce myself. I just bought a 2008 Tahoe LT 5.3 last week and I'm loving it so far.

Anything anyone can think of off the top of their head that I should be expecting maintenance-wise etc... I would love to hear.

Thanks in advance

Welcome to the forum I think you will find many different opinons on the subject, but that is what makes this forum work

I have an 07 that now has 73k miles on it, it has served me well on may a cross country vacation, still have the original tires and so far no major maintenance issues except oil and filter changes and regular tire rotations...
