Default Newer OEM wheels on 2001 Tahoe (offset OK?)

I have a 2001 Tahoe and I'm looking to upgrade wheels to newer OEM 18's. I'm looking at a set from a 2012 gmc sierra 1500 at the moment, among a few others around that year range, both Chevy and GMC. I've seen several others with them installed, but I read that the offset is different from what I have stock. Is the backspace clearance OK? Will I need spacers? I tried the search but didn't find an answer. Any help would be appreciated.

I think they share the same backspacing also.
