NewvRadio needed for 2010 Suburban
Can anyone recommend a new Apple CarPlay radio to replace why OEM radio in my 2010 suburban? I need one with a DVD player for my entertainment system and also one that will utilize my OEM back up camera. Any suggestions?
Thanks

I would look at Crutchfield. On their website, you can specify your exact vehicle, and they will show you radios that will fit, along with the appropriate kits that contain everything needed, and details on what will or won't work with each kit.
You have to realize that on the newer GM vehicles, even things like the seatbelt chime, turn signal chime, door ajar chime, work through the stereo. Hard to believe but true. Even the case for my old 2006 work truck, which only came with an AM/FM radio! You have to use special "magic" adapter boxes that let these vehicle functions work through the after market radio. While you can find such adapter boxes on Amazon, I put a lot more trust in a reputable dealer like Crutchfield helping you through the install. They also provide excellent detailed instructions.
