No Communication to OBD2

No Communication to OBD2
I'm stumped and don't know what else to do. I have an 02 Yukon that got a misfire that happens when i from about 50-100% throttle. Instead of throwing parts at it i tried to read the codes with bluetooth elm327. I get all the lights and power but no communication with ecu. i have tried the reader on several other cars so i know its working and i also went to autozone to have them scan it with no luck. I have also checked for power at the obd2 port and im getting everything but communication. Does anyone have any ideas or has experienced this before. I don't know what else to do or where to look. Thanks in advanced

Check the fuse labeled "Cigar" which was for the cigarette lighter sockets and the OBD2 socket on my 2005 Yukon. Neither emissions nor parts store could connect because Mrs. Cusser had shorted out the cigarette lighter socket. So please check that fuse first, under the hood.
