Tahoe & SuburbanThe power, space, and brutal towing ability make the Tahoe and its longer sibling, the Suburban, arguably the best full size SUV's on the market today.
so I take out the battery and have it tested and was told it was bad. So I install a new one and absolutely no power. No dash or even clicking. So I think alternator and install a new one. Still nothing. I check the voltage on the post on the junction box and the post that has 2 lines connected to close to the negative side of the battery has no voltage. (See photo).
Any clue what the problem is and how to fix? I’m truly at loss right now.
Welcome from Florida. Was there any voltage before you took out the old battery? Check your battery cables for corrosion and looseness at both ends. You may have to clean all of your cables.
