I have a 1997 suburban 1500 4x4. I replaced a rear leaking brake line, now there is no fluid going to rear brakes. I checked to see if the pin on the proportioning valve was out, but it wasn't. Any suggestions???

 

not sure of the set up for that year but it may need this tool to open the pvalve
