hi. I know this an old post but did you ever figure out the issue?? my dads 98 suburban is doing the same thing. switched relays, fuel pump. cap and rotor. still turning over but won't start. right after we hooked up the new fuel pump it started and ran fine. then next day we were back to not starting. weird.
