Default Which octane for highest engine benefit?

Just purchased a 2011 Tahoe LT (Z71) without an owners manual. I have one on the way, but I'm looking to find out which octane will best benefit my engine. I don't plan on much towing, just everyday driving, averaging 60 miles a day, all highway miles no, stop and go. Thanks!

87.

I like how the manual puts "renewable" in quotes in reference to E85... lol

Just regular 87 pump gas, now if you change the timing then you will have to go to 91 or 93

Consider using higher octane at higher altitudes, otherwise 87, and of course if you want maximum performance, use marine grade gas with no alcohol
