Unhappy OIL PRESSURE LOW - STOP ENGINE - but the oil is fine?

Hi friends..

I have a Chevy Tahoe 2007 with 5.3L Engine V8, with 105.000 Miles

When i start the truck in the mornings, appear a message "Oil Pressure low, stop engine".. and the engine sounds like a Diesel Truck, but if i press the throttle and the engine have more RPM, the message dissapear and the engine sounds normal and all is normal, i run many hours and the truck is fine,... and this message and warning sound disappear and the Oil pressure metter is fine... i change the oil with the Mobil1 Full synthetic 5w30 and the oil is on the right level.. but allways in the morning is the same warning light ...

Maybe the Oil Pump is damaged?? or the Oil sensor?? because before the oil was a 20w50 and now is 5w30 ?..

please help me.. i dont want to damage the engine

I put the TECH2 Scanner and nothing appear... all is fine.. NO DTC codes..

Have a mechanic check the oil pressure....if your hearing a sound like a diesel truck, thats not good. I'm guessing the oil pump might be going out.
