Would somebody let me know what is the safe oil pressure level on 2011 Suburban please.

Mine runs 30-40 psi. I thought 30 psi @ idle was low since my 2007 ran 40 psi, but dealer service mgr. says OK.

 

Anything above 20 psi at idle, when hot is completely healthy, provided it's not running at 80+. Even 15 isn't too bad, just keep an eye on it.
