Tahoe & Suburban The power, space, and brutal towing ability make the Tahoe and its longer sibling, the Suburban, arguably the best full size SUV's on the market today.

Default P0300 96 Suburban

Hi. I've got a 96 Suburban 5.7L. For the past couple months I have been getting a random multiple misfire when driving on the interstate between 55 and 70 mph. If I accelerate the misfire goes away. I've been told this is happening during transmission lockout but is not a transmission problem. Have replaced plugs, wires, cap, rotar, ignition coil and just recently replaced the spider injector(which was in terrible shape). Problem still persists. I'm almost to the point of taking it in to the dealershop to have them work on it. Any ideas B4 I take it in and spend too much money at the dealership?
